In fact, some major carpet mills require hot water extraction cleaning every 12-18 months to maintain and protect their warranties!
Here's How It Works
The M-M cleaning system uses, safe, non-toxic cleaning methods from a truck-mounted system with 500 pounds of water pressure heated to 260 degrees for optimal cleaning. This removes 98% of all moisture without getting backing or padding wet because of the 1,000 pounds of water lift per square inch from the vacuum.

Carpet Cleaning

We run cleaning wands with larger water jets than industry standard that apply almost double the amount of water to the carpet. (The industry standard is a "6 jetted" wand. Vortex uses "12 jetted" wands.) This allows us to provide significantly more thorough, "Fast Dry, Carpet Washing" service to you, the customer, and still beat their competition hands down on dry times.
VORTEX DRYING SYSTEM - (WATER RESTORATION)
Main principles of the Vortex Drying System
- Removes excess water from flooring walls: 500 times easier to physically remove.
- Evaporation: Rapid and direct air flow never set up air flow without dehumidification (results in secondary damage).
- Dehumidification: Maximum dehumidification takes place with high levels of moisture in the air (airmovers), setting up correct equipment, calculations for the job size and setting up optimum conditions (temperature).
- Temperature control: You must do whatever it takes to get the temperature on every job within the range where the equipment works (72* - 90*). This can be shown or proven by understanding and using psychrometry measuring specific humidity in (grains of moisture per pound of dry air). The lower the grains of moisture, the faster your structure will dry.
