Tile and Grout Cleaning

The Process
After the initial inspection, we saturate your floors with a (safe) alkaline based cleaner to help emulsify and uplift soils.

Next I get on my hands and knees to scrub all of the grout with a brass brush to lift and loosen all of the dirt and stains.
Grout is a concrete material that is porous and can stain very easily.
This process is very time consuming but it is the best way to make sure your grout gets clean.
How it works
Next a tile cleaning tool is used, this machine hovers over your floors with a high pressure 1000 lb. per square inch rotating spray and 240 degree temprature water rinse while at the same time it lifts the water and debris with a 1000 lb. per square inch vacuum.
I have two of these tools, one is for large open areas and the other is designed to reach small areas like around toilets. At the same time I have an extra vacuum set up to take up any extra water from the floor.
These tools are powered by the Vortex system on my truck, and use two rubber hoses that are brought safely into your home or business for the powerful cleaning that M-M Cleaning provides.
When the tile and grout cleaning is finished you will see quite a difference in the visual appearance of your floor, but were not done yet.
Next I will seal the tile and grout which is a top layer like wax on a car. In this process I get back down on my hands and knees to make sure there is no excess sealant on your floor and I hand wipe your floors.
Sealing the tile and grout will help keep your tile and grout looking clean longer and will help spills and stains stay on the top for easy clean up.
This process will not change the compisition of your floor but it will make your tile and grout looking natural and clean.

M-M Cleaning reccomends having your tile and grout cleaned and sealed once a year to keep your floors looking new.
Your floors will look clean and healthy using M-M Cleaning Services for your tile and grout cleaning.
