3. Service Agreement Terms

When you hire M-M Cleaning Service for carpet, tile, upholstery, or water-removal work, the following terms apply unless we agree to something different in writing:

Scheduling & Cancellation

• We confirm appointments by phone or text in advance.
• Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel — we'll do the same for you.
• If we arrive at a scheduled appointment and can't access the property through no fault of ours, a small trip fee may apply.

Pricing & Payment

• Quotes are based on the information you provide (room sizes, condition, service type). If conditions on-site are significantly different, we'll discuss any pricing changes before starting the work.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.
• We accept cash, check, and most major credit/debit cards.

What's Included

Each service includes a clear scope agreed at the time of booking — typically the rooms, surfaces, or treatments specified. Add-on services (additional rooms, stain treatment, sealing, deodorizing) may have additional charges, which we'll quote before performing.

Our Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the result of a service, contact us within 7 days. We'll come back and address the concern at no additional charge whenever it's a workmanship issue. Some stains, damage, or wear cannot be fully removed regardless of equipment or skill — we'll always tell you up front when this is the case.

Limitations & Disclaimers

• Older carpets, tile, or upholstery may have pre-existing wear, fading, or weakened backing that becomes apparent during cleaning. We'll point out concerns before starting whenever possible.
• We carry liability insurance and worker's compensation. In the rare case of damage caused by our work, our liability is limited to repair or fair-market replacement of the affected item.
• We do not guarantee removal of every stain. Some substances (certain dyes, bleach damage, permanent ink, urine that has reached the subfloor) may be impossible to fully remove.

Photography

From time to time, we may take before/after photos of work for our records or for our website. We do not include identifying information about you or your property without permission. Just let us know if you'd prefer we don't take photos.

4. Contact & Disputes

If you have any questions about these policies, want to update your information, or need to raise a concern about a service, please contact us directly. We'd much rather work things out one-on-one than involve anyone else.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes that can't be resolved between us directly will be handled in the courts of McLean County, Illinois.
